Dr. Girish Chandra

Founder & Director

Consultant Psychiatrist and Medical Director, Navachethana Hospital, Bengaluru. Director, Siddaganga Hospital and Research Centre, Tumakuru. After completing his Medical School in 1996, Dr Girishchandra completed his post-graduation in Psychiatry from NIMHANS in the year 2000. He worked as a Senior Resident in the Department of Psychiatry for 6 months and then moved to Australia in 2001. In the year 2004, National Health Service, UK recruited him as a Consultant Psychiatrist.

Shouri Akkineni

Founder & Director

Shouri Akkineni, our founder & director, comes from a vivid background, with his accomplishments drawing a line across his diverse passions. A Microbiology undergraduate, Shouri's attempt at IISER veered him to discovering his love for the Life Sciences. Pivoted further by his conviction around the technologies of our immediate future, Shouri is an avid gamer to the point of having been one of the country's top five.

Product and Technology Lead

With over 33 years of experience in the healthcare industry Shanthakumar has led multiple companies to success in the domains of sales, marketing, service support, production, and design. He has expertise in technology transfers, product/patent/ technology licensing, clinical validations, grants, and seed funding. He has a keen eye for identifying and developing businesses to achieve exceptional results. His keen insight in the healthcare industry makes Shanthakumar a valuable advisor for our company to enable its growth and success

PA Babu

Chief Network Officer

Babu is a veteran in the medical electronics industry. He had a long stint with BPL engineering company . His deep understanding of the industry and innovative thinking drive LifeSigns every day in engineering operations including IT infra and software, customer support apart from product training of sales personnel/customers. As head of operations at Medic India, Chennai (Subsidiary of Keechery Engineering Co), he rapidly expanded customer base and product offerings. Later he incubated a cloud based software

Gaurav Sharma

Chief Strategy Officer

Gaurav Sharma leads the strategic planning process and works closely with the organization to drive alignment and focus on Lifesigns strategic priorities. Before LifeSigns, he held a variety of executive leadership positions in operations, sales, marketing, and services. He joined the LifeSigns team as vice president, strategy, in 2021. He holds a degree from George Brown College in Toronto and Anna University.

Gopi Krishna

Operations and Logistics

Gopi Krishna leads the operation and Logistics planning process. Prior to joining LifeSigns he worked with Pharma Giants like Ranbaxy, Cipla and Mylan with over 3 decades of Manufacturing experience. Familiar with regulatory audits like USFDA, TGA, MCHA, EDQM, WHO etc

Pattabiraman N

VP HR & Admin

Pattabi is a HR professional who has a track record of helping companies grow bigger and faster. His understanding of the business and its specific needs enables him to set up systems and processes for smooth scaling up. Pattabi holds a PG degree in Social work, PG diploma in Business Management from IIM Trichy. He is also an ICF certified leadership coach.

Madhan Balaji

HR and Training

Madhan is an academician who has a track record in various educational firms to train people on understanding technology. His previous experience in academic background helps him in identifying correct personnel in the hiring process and developing the training strategy. Madhan holds a ME in Medical Electronics, BE in Biomedical Engineering. He is also pursuing his Ph.D in Brain tumour detection for medical imaging.
